Terms & Conditions — h5d06 Platform Rules

The following terms, when capitalised in this Agreement, carry the meanings assigned below:

Access to and use of the h5d06 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) and are acting in your personal capacity.
• You are at least 21 years of age. h5d06 enforces a strict 21+ age requirement in line with responsible gaming standards applicable to the Indonesia market. Underage gambling is prohibited without exception.
• You are accessing the Platform from Indonesia or from a jurisdiction where accessing online betting services is lawful for your personal use. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain the legality of your use in your jurisdiction.
• You are not accessing the Platform on behalf of or for the benefit of any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of h5d06, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously had an Account suspended or permanently closed by h5d06 for breach of these Terms.

To access any real-money product on the Platform, you must register a personal Account. The following conditions apply to the registration process:

• One Account per person. Each User is entitled to maintain only one Account. Creating duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any associated balances.
• Accurate information. You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information at the time of registration, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and contact details. Submitting false information is grounds for immediate Account suspension.
• Account confirmation. Following registration, h5d06 may send a verification email to the address provided. You are responsible for ensuring that your email address remains accessible.
• KYC verification. h5d06 reserves the right to request supporting identity documentation — including a government-issued Indonesian identity card (KTP), passport, or bank account details — at any time, particularly prior to processing a first withdrawal or when the account triggers a review threshold. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in Account suspension.

h5d06 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without obligation to provide reasons.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your h5d06 Account credentials, including your username and password. The following obligations apply:

• You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not you authorised that activity, except where h5d06 is found to have acted with gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
• You must notify h5d06 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
• h5d06 will never request your password via email, chat, or any other channel. Any communication purporting to be from h5d06 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

h5d06 accepts deposits exclusively via the payment channels listed on the Platform at the time of deposit. Currently supported channels for Indonesian players include bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, and Bank Permata, as well as digital wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. You must meet the published minimum to initiate a deposit.
• Deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. h5d06 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits received from accounts not matching the registered Account holder's identity will be returned and may trigger an Account review.
• h5d06 does not charge fees for standard deposits, although your financial institution may apply its own charges. You are responsible for any such fees.
• Deposit funds are credited to your Account Balance in real time for most channels. In cases of technical delay, processing typically completes within fifteen minutes. If your deposit has not been credited after one hour, contact support at [email protected] with your transaction reference.
• h5d06 reserves the right to refuse, return, or limit any deposit at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations involving suspected fraud, money laundering concerns, or system integrity issues.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the Cashier section of your h5d06 Account, subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your h5d06 Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. This is a mandatory anti-money laundering control.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed at the point of request. The applicable minimum varies by payment method.
• h5d06 targets a withdrawal processing time of under five minutes for standard bank transfer and e-wallet requests during normal operating conditions. Processing times may be longer if a KYC review is pending or during periods of high transaction volume.
• h5d06 reserves the right to perform enhanced KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request. You may be asked to provide valid identification documents, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Bonus Funds must first be converted to real-money funds by satisfying the applicable wagering requirements before a withdrawal request involving those funds will be processed.
• h5d06 reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

h5d06 offers a range of promotional offers to eligible registered Users. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published at the point of opt-in, in addition to the general conditions set out here.

• Eligibility. Promotional offers are available to eligible registered Users only. h5d06 reserves the right to restrict specific promotions to certain User segments, deposit methods, or geographic regions within Indonesia.
• Wagering requirements. Most Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement — a multiplier specifying the total bet volume required before the bonus is converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the specific promotion's terms.
• Eligible games. Wagering requirements may be fulfilled only through specified game categories. Wagering on certain game types (for example, specific live casino tables or low-margin sports markets) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Refer to the individual promotion terms for the contribution schedule.
• Expiry. Unclaimed bonuses and any unconverted Bonus Funds expire after the period stated in the promotion terms. Expired Bonus Funds will be removed from your Account Balance without compensation.
• One bonus per qualifying event. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be claimed per qualifying deposit or promotional event per Account.
• Abuse. h5d06 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to placing low-risk or opposing bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal exposure. Where abuse is identified, h5d06 reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, reverse associated winnings, and restrict or close the Account.

h5d06 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

The following general rules apply to all wagers placed on the Platform. Sport-specific, game-specific, and market-specific rules supplement these general rules and are published within the relevant game or market section.

• Acceptance of bets. A wager is accepted and binding only when confirmation is displayed in the Platform interface and the corresponding stake is deducted from your Account Balance. h5d06 is not responsible for bets that fail due to connection errors, incomplete form submission, or insufficient Balance.
• Odds changes. For pre-match sports bets, odds are locked at the time of confirmed acceptance. For in-play bets, odds fluctuate in real time and may change between your selection and your confirmation click. The odds displayed at the point of confirmation are the binding odds for that wager.
• Minimum and maximum stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These limits may vary by sport, game type, event, and Account tier. Limits are displayed within the bet slip or game interface.
• Palpable errors. h5d06 reserves the right to void any wager placed at odds that were published in error — for example, due to a data feed error or keying mistake — regardless of whether the wager has already been settled. Users will be notified and the original stake returned.
• Live casino and slot results. The results of all live casino games and slot titles are determined by the respective game provider's certified random number generator or live dealing process. h5d06 does not override or influence game outcomes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the h5d06 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening more than one Account (multi-accounting), including using different personal details to circumvent a previous Account closure.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at any stage.
• Using the Platform while located in a Prohibited Territory.
• Any form of collusion with other Users or with Platform employees to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, exploit pricing errors, or systematically abuse promotions.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or system vulnerabilities, whether discovered accidentally or deliberately sought.
• Using the Platform to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful financial activity. h5d06 is required to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's software, data, or content.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other anonymisation service to circumvent geographic restrictions.

h5d06 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Actual or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or involvement in any criminal conduct.
• Detection of Prohibited Conduct as described in Section 9.
• Receipt of a chargebacks or disputed transactions from a payment provider.
• At the User's own request, including for responsible gaming self-exclusion purposes (see Section 11).

Upon Account closure, h5d06 will return any remaining real-money Balance (net of applicable deductions) to a verified payment account in the Account holder's name, provided that the closure was not triggered by confirmed fraudulent activity or breach of these Terms. In cases of confirmed fraud or material breach, h5d06 reserves the right to forfeit the entire Account Balance.

h5d06 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The Platform makes the following responsible gaming tools available to all registered Users:

• Deposit limits. Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your Account. Once a limit is active, it takes effect immediately. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately; increasing a limit is subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session time limits. Configure maximum session durations to control the time you spend on the Platform in a single login session.
• Reality checks. Enable periodic on-screen notifications reminding you of your session duration and net wagering position.
• Self-exclusion. Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion via the Account settings or by contacting support. During a self-exclusion period, your Account will be restricted and you will be unable to log in, deposit, or place bets. Self-exclusions cannot be reversed before the end of the selected period.

All intellectual property rights in and to the Platform — including but not limited to the h5d06 brand name and logo, website design, software architecture, game interfaces, written content, and graphic assets — are owned by or licensed to h5d06 and are protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, strictly in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content.
• Modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any element of the Platform's software.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, trademarks, or copyright notices on the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of the Platform's intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, h5d06 excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions — express or implied — regarding the Platform, including its availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.

In no event shall h5d06, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, or agents be liable to you or any third party for:

• Any loss of profit, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform.
• Technical interruptions, server downtime, data transmission errors, or third-party payment processing failures.
• Loss resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your Account credentials.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, h5d06's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

h5d06 collects, processes, and stores personal data in connection with the operation of the Platform and in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the h5d06 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

Your personal data will be used to: verify your identity and age; process financial transactions; comply with legal and regulatory obligations; detect and prevent fraud; and deliver customer support. h5d06 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

h5d06 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, h5d06 will provide reasonable notice by posting the updated Terms on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, by notifying registered Users via email.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and, if applicable, submit a withdrawal request for any remaining Balance before doing so.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute, claim, or matter arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international commercial law principles applicable to online gaming operators serving the Indonesian market.

h5d06 is an internationally operated platform. Users in Indonesia access and use the Platform at their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws applicable to their individual circumstances. h5d06 makes no representation that the use of the Platform is lawful in all jurisdictions and expressly excludes all liability in respect of any use by individuals in jurisdictions where such use is restricted.

Any dispute between a User and h5d06 that cannot be resolved through the support process described in Section 17 shall be referred to binding arbitration administered under internationally recognised arbitration rules, conducted in English.
